We ship worldwide. Wherever you are we will get it to you but please note because of COVID, some countries have slowed down shipping and delivery time may be longer than usual. We do our best to locate and track each and every order and will reach out to you if we see any issues.
Shipping times for Duntalk custom products vary between 2-3 weeks. Each item is individually inspected in all of the production stages, primarily checking the sewing, print quality and positioning as well as the item itself. Some parts are even hand sewn. Definitely well worth the wait.
Before cleaning the bag, remove all the items from bag. Suggested to pre-treat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.
The small backpack is just slightly smaller with a more profiled look. Also, the front pocket is much smaller and doesn't stick out from the bag as much as it does on the large backpack.
The small backpack also has a zippered back compartment that can hold a sleek laptop or tablet.
